The               72-year-old               has               been               diagnosed               with               mesothelioma,               and               doctors               believe               it               is               related               to               his               work.

Although               this               type               of               litigation               is               common,               mesothelioma               lawsuits               vary               greatly.

However,               in               1991,               the               ban               was               overturned               by               a               court               ruling,               so               there               are               still               products               with               asbestos               on               the               market.
