because               of               his               exposure               to               asbestos               while               working               as               a               machinist.

The               72-year-old               has               been               diagnosed               with               mesothelioma,               and               doctors               believe               it               is               related               to               his               work.

Although               this               type               of               litigation               is               common,               mesothelioma               lawsuits               vary               greatly.
